In the eyes of Lingbi County Party Secretary Liu Bofu, grasping the opportunity of the construction of an industrial transfer cluster in northern Anhui to build a tens of billions of bearing industrial bases is a rare development opportunity for Lingbi County with a population of one million.

In early April this year, the person in charge of Ningbo Lingda Pipe Industry Technology Co., Ltd. from Ningbo, Zhejiang, came to Lingbi to inspect the investment environment.
